WithYouWithMe selects Element Communications as PR partner

Social impact firm WithYouWithMe has chosen Element Communications as its PR partner to support its mission of tackling the global digital skills crisis while creating a more equitable world.

Element is tasked with raising awareness of how WithYourWithMe’s data-led workforce solutions which include market leading aptitude and psychometric assessments, are helping marginalised groups of society find meaningful careers. So far, WithYouWithMe has matched more than 40,000 individuals to new careers, with more than 10,000 upskilling for new roles.

WithYouWithMe was founded in 2018 by Tom Moore, a former Australian platoon commander who struggled to find work upon returning to civilian life having been injured on duty in Afghanistan.

Moore quickly recognised that ex-servicemen, as well as other diverse groups such as refugees and neurodiverse individuals, are being denied a career pathway because of their CV, rather than their aptitude. Through its ‘Potential’ AI, WithYouWithMe matches candidates to relevant digital roles, while providing them with all relevant training and certifications.

Cia Kouparitsas, Chief Marketing Officer at WithYouWithMe, said: “Current hiring processes are outdated and restrictive, meaning highly capable individuals are missing out on countless opportunities. This is a problem we are seeing across the world. We’re excited to be partnering with Element which has the experience to drive awareness of this global issue and trigger much-needed change leading to more inclusive recruitment programmes.”

Element Communications will be providing WithYouWithMe with a research-driven content and media relations campaign to support the company’s rapid growth, raising awareness and building engagement amongst clients and key stakeholders.

Ben Cossor, Director at Element Communications, added: “WithYouWithMe has developed a market-leading solution to an issue that currently impacts hundreds of thousands of individuals across the globe. We’re thrilled to be working closely with their team as they continue on their purpose-led mission to revolutionise recruitment and, in turn, bridge the well-documented digital skills gap.”
