Element Communications Wins Brief to Support Growth at Custodian Solutions

Custodian Solutions, investigation software built by investigators, has chosen Element Communications to carry out an integrated marketing strategy to support brand awareness and lead generation.

With a combined 50 years working in investigations and intelligence roles, the founders of Custodian Solutions have built a bespoke platform to manage investigations based on their experience and the demands of clients managing incidents around brand protection, occupational health and safety, finance and insurance fraud.

The Element team will be delivering a global content marketing and social media campaign.

Custodian Solutions’ Chief Operating Officer Alex Butlin said: “We have always known that the Custodian Solutions story is unique but needed a partner to bring it to life authentically and for a global audience. We have been impressed with how quickly the Element team understood our business and devised a creative plan that aligns with our vision.”

As part of the brief, Element Communications will be developing a Knowledge Centre for the Custodian Solutions website, bringing together high-ranking industry experts to contribute exclusive thought leadership to incite industry debate. The team will also be leading a social media strategy to connect and engage with global stakeholders.

Element Communications’ Managing Director Tom Webb added: “We are absolutely delighted to be working with Custodian Solutions at this exciting stage in the company’s growth trajectory. Working directly with the founders of the business as an extension of their team, we’re able to leverage their tremendous industry expertise to produce compelling campaigns.  We are looking forward to helping grow the business by maximising the exposure of its innovative solutions.”
