Solgari brings voice, messaging, intelligent routing and AI assistance directly into Microsoft tools such as Teams and Dynamics to transform how customer engagement is delivered.
A Microsoft partner since inception, Solgari works with organisations ranging from professional services, healthcare, education, sports and entertainment and more to simplify customer interactions, unlock richer customer insights across voice, video, chat, and social channels.
The Brief
Selling to global enterprises through both direct and partner channels models demanded sales enablement materials that could cut through complexity and deliver clarity, consistency, and confidence to prospects and partners alike.
As an extension of Solgari’s team, Element Creative was tasked with:
- Redesigning Solgari’s website, aligning its visuals, structure, and messaging with a more customer-led narrative and clear visuals
- Developing sales assets including solution overviews, pitch decks, and one-pagers to empower sales teams and partners
- Creating document templates to ensure a consistent visual identity across proposals, case studies, and technical documentation
- Designing partner enablement collateral, supporting joint campaigns with Microsoft and the channel ecosystem
- Producing social media content to amplify campaigns, highlight customer stories, and drive inbound engagement
